Ingredients :
- Plain yogurt - 1 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Coriander - 2 tsp
- Mint leaves - 1 tsp
- Green chilies - 1-2
- Chopped onion - 1 small
Method :
- In a bowl whip the yogurt.
- Add salt, chopped coriander, mint leaves, green chilies and onions.
- Add a little water about 1/4 cup.
- Mix well.
- Serve cold with Biryani.
- Goes well with all types of Biryanis, tahari and plain rice.
